On 16th September, Mr. Lin Yi, the municipal party secretary of Haining, visited Haining port and had an inspection of the port construction site. After listening to the report about company situation and port construction progress, which given by Mr. Xuan Xiaofei, the president of P&T (Hong Kong) Group, and Mr. Hu Jianqiu, the general manager of Haining program company, secretary Lin Yi fully affirmed P&T Group’s development concept of “based on haining, revival of water transport, prosper the city”. Furthermore, Secretary Lin Yi gave high evaluation to Haining port and its construction work, requiring us to grasp the good opportunity that Haining has been listed as the pilot city of new way of market purchasing. Thus, Haining port should speed up the construction progress, complete the construction with high quality, strengthen the comprehensive international logistics platform program, which includes the function of port, customs, bonded, market trading, cross-border e-commerce and etc. Secretary Lin Yi has a great expectation that Haining port program can give play to the role of industry leading, and contribute to haining economic development.
