From 25th Aug to 8th Sep 2014, in order to prepare for the business work for China Import Food Mall, strategic development consultant Zhang Qinghua, representative of Italian office Zhang Songhua of P&T Group together with the CEO of Italian-Sino foundation Mr. Lorenzo Brocca visited the director of Italian Agricultural Department Mr. Maurizio Martina twice.
Mr. Martina indicated that Italian government pay high attention to China market and is confident with the Italian food in China market. He encouraged the Italian traders to seek Chinese partners, communicate with the Chinese consumer directly to promote the selling of Italian food in China as well.
Mr. Zhang Qinghua introduced P&T Group to Mr. Martina in detail. As the investor of CIFM, P&T Group established the transportation, warehousing system based on the container port, CIFM retailing system, and built the cultural communication platform with SUN TV company. This comprehensive system satisfied every demand of Italian traders and is unique in China.
Mr. Lorenzo also mentioned the documentary “A bite of World”, which will be produced by P&T Group and SUN TV. The documentary can advertise and promote the Italian Food cultural. Meanwhile, a system combines the online and offline sale, and platform for on-site experience for the Italian manufactures can be set up by CIFM Italian national pavilion, just like the Japanese “Shop Italia Mia”.
In addition, Mr. Martina expressed that the Italian government will try their best to support China Import Food Mall.
